About Nicole

Hi 👋 I'm Nicole, the owner and founder of Coastal Therapy & Support Services. I'm a busy mum of two beautiful children. The craziness of raising two young children inspired me to open my own service to enable more time spent at home with the kids in between work demands. 

​I'm an experienced Occupational Therapist, Support Coordinator & Support Worker. ​I've been working with children and young adults through NDIA funded supports for the past 10 years now. I graduated from Deakin University in 2013. I started my career working in Occupational Rehabilition, assisting injured workers return to work through Workcover. Following this role I was keen to explore one of the many different areas of OT and made the move into the NDIS space.  

 ​I am passionate about supporting participants to reach their true potential through a consistent, reliable and individualised approach. I highly regard the therapeutic relationship and prioritise building rapport and developing strong relationships with the people that I support including their families and other supports involved. 

​I appreciate the demands of everyday life and how important it is for all individuals to be able to participate in a range of meaningful activities, tasks and occupations every day. ​

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, being part of the local community, going to wineries on weekends, going to theatre shows, swimming, going out for coffee/brunch/dinner and taking the fam on mini getaways!
